I have about a dozen samples of woven coverlets--various sizes--mostly small pieces that are just big enough to show the pattern for the weaver. The colors are fabulous and each one is labeled as to the name of the design.
This last picture shows the label--this one is pinned to the sample, some are hand stitched.
I don't think I realized that there were so many designs for wool coverlets. Sure would be handy to have one here tonight! Temperature is about 10 degrees!
